I am writing to let you know how smoothly our move went and about the outstanding performance of The Advance Group team.
First you are a man of your word. You said that you would be available if I needed you throughout the process, and you were. I could always count on you to respond quickly and provide the information that I needed. Secondly you told me that you would arrange for top flight project manager to be assigned to our move. In my opinion no one could fill the bill better than Charlie Escudero. What a professional !!! He knew his business and always had a solution for a problem. He is a truly a model for customer service. Nothing was ever too much to do, as long as the customer was satisfied.
As far as the rest of the team goes I wish I could remember all of their names. George, Carlos, Jonathan, and Josie to name a few and all of the rest were great ambassadors for The Advance Group. They were courteous, hard working individuals. They functioned great as a team.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with this experience and will recommend The Advance Group to anyone looking for a moving company.
