I just wanted to say how happy I was with my drop off person, Rob.   What a heck of a nice man.  He was by himself and was finished within an hour or so.   So personable.   Just wanted to pass that on and hope you tell the owners.

Everyone was fantastic including you and Jack Rose.   The process in retrospect, besides my own self inflicted nerves, was seamless.   Thank you all very much.  Worth every penny.
